The features

You have a PeopleFlows Mobile-Data-Vault, but what can you do with? From the user's perspective, but also from an entrepreneurial side.

The technology of the Mobile-Data-Vault uses GDPR-proof recognition of the characteristics of a face. The user’s face is converted into a unique virtual key that gives access to the encrypted Mobile-Data-Vault App via a smartphone, tablet, or PC. Only the rightful person is given the power to decide with whom this sensitive data may be shared.

Both recognition and access validation take place in the app itself. It is therefore completely offline with zero risk of any data leak to a server. With this Privacy-By-Design approach, the use of biometric recognition has a clear processing purpose.

User
The private user uses his Mobile-Data-Vault as a vault for all his personal documents such as covid certificates, identity documents, driving license, diplomas, or bank accounts.

The user can completely control the management via the PeopleFlows app on his/her own phone. In this he can indicate who may have access to certain (parts of) documents and for what purpose.

The user can indicate what they may be shared for (and for what not) and with which authority, organization or private person (co-user of PeopleFlows).

Business
Organizations and companies benefit from the vault via the PeopleFlows Access app. This is an application that runs on a smartphone or tablet and checks the personal data of someone who has the Mobile-Data-Vault. The recipient of the data knows for sure that the data is correct and can authorize access.

Event access

With Covid-19 Pass check
During 2021 we have equiped several events in The Netherlands with the PeopleFlows Access App and the validation of the international Corona DCC code.

The DCC check (Digital Corona Certificate) is done based on several checks: does the QR code shown by the user in front of the camera belong to the person who has just been recognized by the facial recognition? Does the QR code shown contain valid documents that comply with the Covid-19 requirements of the (local) government to access the location where the PeopleFlows Access is operational?

Visitors of the event registered voluntarily for the use of PeopleFlows and have expressly authorized the event to use their personal data - from their Mobile Data Vault - to access the DCC QR code (Covid Entry Pass) to grant access.

This made it possible to do complete access control quickly and contactless.

Time registration

With Covid-19 Pass Check
An easy-to-use app for time registration of your staff, extended with the Covid-19 DCC check that is currently desired within companies.

The DCC check (Digital Corona Certificate) is done based on several checks: does the QR code shown by the user in front of the camera belong to the person who has just been recognized by the facial recognition? The apps

PeopleFlows Vault
For the user
Users create the vault by installing the PeopleFlows app on their phone. Once an account is created and the facial features are registered as a key to the safe. Only when all registration steps have been successfully completed, the user can add documents and give consent to others.
PeopleFlows Access
For the organisation
The public or private entity who wants to check whether a person is allowed to access certain documents or locations uses PeopleFlows Access.

The access app is designed to be user-friendly and dynamically compatible with iOS and Android devices. In addition, we have also designed robust access control units where the PeopleFlows Access app runs on an integrated tablet and is included in the entire design of the access control unit, which is ideal for permanent integrations of PeopleFlows.

The Access app is made available after agreement.
